About the Role
Braven is seeking a program whiz and masterful facilitator with a demonstrated ability to win over others to join our newly formed City College of New York team as Program Manager, Accelerator (PMA). This role has the opportunity to be a part of a founding team, grow a regional program, and accelerate Braven’s national impact. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the PMA will be responsible for facilitating and fully leading the execution of the Braven Leadership and Career Accelerator course for ~250 students in the inaugural semester and up to ~1,750 students within three years, increasing their likelihood of graduating college with a strong first job or getting into graduate school.
The strongest candidates for this role have prior instructional or education experience and are extremely entrepreneurial. They are energized by public speaking and facilitation, thrive on human interaction and enjoy the challenge of meeting new people, “hosting others,” and serving as an ambassador. They enjoy planning events and executing on processes and initiatives and always have alternative solutions to offer in order to provide top-notch service to stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $55,700 - $69,600. Braven offers competitive base salaries based on the midpoint of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously. Location
When social distancing is not in place, we gather in the office three days a week. Therefore, we require teammates to live within commuting distance of New York City. Each teammate will have two flex days to work remotely. We believe in the magic, connection, and collaboration that happens when people work together face-to-face and we believe in giving people flexibility to focus, balance personal priorities, and save themselves two commutes per week.
