About the Role
In order to achieve its ambition of serving 40,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven must maintain and build upon a robust data infrastructure that meets the needs of our Fellows, staff, and stakeholders. Salesforce is at the heart of our data infrastructure. In this effort, Braven is hiring Salesforce Solutions Engineers who will collaborate with teammates across Braven to maintain and upgrade our Salesforce implementation and provide high quality user support and training. As a member of the Technology team, you will bring your Salesforce expertise to translate critical user stories and requirements into large-scale projects and help make critical decisions on project scope, resources and solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position, which depends on prior work experience and our assessment of your demonstrated fit for the role, will likely be between $77,800-$97,200 in San Jose, $74,100-$92,600 in NYC and NJ; $68,600-$85,700 in Chicago; and $65,200-$81,500 in Atlanta. Braven offers competitive base salaries based on the midpoint of the market among not-for-profit organizations of similar size, with opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact on behalf of the organization, and take internal and external equity seriously. Given our commitment to equity, Braven does not negotiate salary offers; instead each salary offer is determined carefully using external and internal benchmarking. When social distancing is not in place, we gather in the office three days a week. Therefore, we will require this teammate to live within commuting distance of one of these 4 hubs: Chicago, New York City, Newark, and Atlanta. Each teammate can use two flex days of their choosing per week to work remotely. We believe in the magic, connection, and collaboration that happens when people work together face-to-face and we believe in giving people flexibility to focus, balance personal priorities, and save themselves two commutes per week.
